Kayak Load Assist Roller – Dual Suction Cup Car Roof Loader

Overview

This kayak load assist roller is designed to make loading and unloading kayaks and canoes onto vehicle roof racks easier. Two lever-operated suction cups temporarily attach the loader to a suitable smooth vehicle surface, while the central padded roller section provides a support point for sliding the kayak upward toward the roof rack.

With an overall width of approximately 75 cm, a 38 cm padded loading section, and a 19 cm overall height, the loader provides a practical temporary loading point at the rear of a car, SUV, or other compatible vehicle. It is particularly useful for paddlers who want to reduce the amount of overhead lifting required when moving a kayak onto a roof-mounted carrier.

Dual Suction Cup Mounting
Two suction cup mounts provide temporary attachment to compatible smooth, non-porous vehicle surfaces. Lever-operated locks allow the suction cups to be secured and released without permanent installation.

Kayak Roof Loading Assistance
The loader creates an intermediate support point between the ground and the vehicle roof. The bow or stern of the kayak can be positioned on the padded roller section while the opposite end is lifted and guided toward the roof rack.

Padded Loading Surface
The central 38 cm padded section provides cushioned contact with the kayak hull during loading and unloading, helping reduce direct contact between the boat and the vehicle.

Designed for One-Person Loading Assistance
The roller-style support allows the kayak to be guided progressively toward the roof rack instead of requiring the complete kayak to be lifted overhead in one movement.

Temporary and Removable Installation
No permanent vehicle modification is required. The unit can be removed after loading and stored together with other kayak transport accessories.
