2. B2B Inquiries and Quotations
KUDOOUTDOORS mainly serves brands, importers, wholesalers, distributors and business buyers.
Submitting an inquiry through this website does not create a purchase contract. Quotations, product availability, MOQ, sample costs, bulk order prices, payment terms, production lead time and shipment arrangements will be confirmed separately by our sales team.
Any official order shall be subject to written confirmation, proforma invoice, sales contract or other agreed business documents between both parties.

KUDOOUTDOORS may provide product development, graphic design, mold design discussion, sample development, material selection and production support based on customer requirements.
Customers must ensure that any logo, trademark, artwork, design file or brand material provided to us does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are not listed on this website because most products are supplied for OEM/ODM, wholesale and bulk order projects.
Final pricing depends on product model, order quantity, material, customization details, packaging, accessories, delivery terms and other project requirements.
Payment terms will be confirmed separately in the quotation, proforma invoice or sales agreement.
6. Samples and Bulk Orders
Sample availability, sample cost, sample lead time and shipping cost will be confirmed based on the selected product and customization requirements.
Bulk production will normally begin after order confirmation, payment arrangement, sample approval where applicable, and final confirmation of specifications, packaging and artwork.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms, delivery method, freight cost, export documentation and delivery time will be confirmed separately according to the order, destination, trade terms and logistics arrangements.
